In the case of HZ Alert, it also includes location data information (for example, data is used to determine where a device is located, so pertinent information regarding emergency events in that location can be sent to the device).
a. Information You Provide to Us.
We collect your username, first name, last name, email address, phone number, zip/postal code, and password when you create an account to log in to our platform (“User Account”).
We collect any Personal Data you provide to the Services. For instance, if you include your Personal Data as the main contact information in the event of an emergency, other authorized users who have an administrative or leadership role in your group will be able to see your Personal Data.
If you are an employee or independent contractor at an organization, we will collect any Personal Data your organization provides to the Service, including your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
If you provide us feedback or contact us via email, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in your email to us, in order to send you a reply.
We may also collect Personal Data at other points in our Site, Application, Software, or Services that state that Personal Data is being collected.

The choice to provide your consent is always yours; however, your decision to withhold such consent may limit your ability to interact with the app.
Information Sharing And Disclosure
Information collected through this Site may be supplied to affiliates of Hour-Zero, and other companies and organizations who perform work for us under contract. We also may disclose personally identifiable information in the following situations: (a) in response to a subpoena, court order or legal process, to the extent permitted and required by law; (b) to protect user security or the security of other persons, consistent with applicable laws; (c) in connection with a sale, joint venture or other transfer to some or all of the assets of Hour-Zero; or (d) in order to enforce the Site’s <a href=”terms_of_use.html”>Terms of Use</a>.
